How to increase amniotic fluid? afi is 9,6, was 15 at 22 weeks, now 28 weeks. baby weight is 1050 gr, & a week ahead, but with double nuchal cord

Normal levels: An amniotic fluid index of 9.6 is normal so there is not a reason to want to increase it. When the fluid level is low sometimes it can be increased through IV hydration. Most often it can not be increased and should be regarded as a sign of elevated pregnancy risk.
