Discuss with Ob: Scrubbing the floor is not an issue that would help. Clarify with your doctor what management will be done knowing the baby has a double nuchal cord. Options included serial sonograms, biophysical profiles, nonstress testing and others. Depending on your overall prenatal care induction of labor or even c section may be considered at some point. Frank discussion with your doctor are warranted.
