Evaluation: You need to be evaluated by dental professionals to determine what is causing your pain. It could be your occlusion, deep carious lesions, or even bruxism. Start with a general dentist for a thorough exam and cleaning, and next an orthodontist. If needed, you will be referred to an oral surgeon if your jaw issue is skeletal in nature.

See a dentist: It sounds like you might have TMJ/TMD (joint pain) although without a one on one clinical evaluation there is no way to diagnose (and certainly treat you) over the internet. I suggest you see a local dentist who can examine you to determine the cause of your symptoms.
