Fibromyalgia? : Fm is a generalized systemic condition that is characterized by widespread aching or pain throughout the body, notably in the weight bearing muscles. Fm is often lumped together with myofacial pain syndrome because both involve pain and are lacking demonstrable tissue pathology.
