Yes.Factor V Leiden?: By "Factor V disease", you've either Factor V Leiden or Factor V deficiency. Either way, you can be at risk for brain bleeds. Factor V Leiden predisposes you to clots in the brain, but the vessels distal to (further downstream) from the artery where the clot forms can degenerate; then, if/when blood flow is restored thru other arteries, that part of the brain can hemorrhage.
