Not proven help: You did not say the dose but always avoid more than 4000 milligrams of acetaminophen. There have been no good blinded studies to prove anything works but it is recommended to take Vitamins B, C, E, and beta-carotene, minerals like selenium and zinc, and herbs of milk thistle and dandelion which could help but no definite proof. Drink lots of water to hydrate. I hope this will help.

Probably not.: "The dumbest liver's smarter than the smartest doctor", the medical saying goes. In what sense do you use the word "cleanse"? There's so many functions to the liver, it's hard to say what can or needs to be cleared away. While many herbs & supplements purport to "clean" the liver- & scientifically, glutathione & N-acetylcysteine reform sulfhydryl- I don't believe anything has been proven to work.
