YES: After Plan B ( high dose birth control pill) it can stimulate early menstruation and so it is normal to feel cramps like before period. It may take 1 week . After you start period cycle will " reboot " and than recommend to be on routine birth control if you plan to be sexually active. Remember Plan A is Condom and / contraception and Plan B is in emergency.
