Watery diarrhea: Would go to ER or urgent care you are likely dehydrated and need IV fluid. lots. They will also collect stool for studies . You likely need antibiotics coverage for camphylobacter which is common as well as cryptosporidia,, giardia, microsporidia, cyclospora(2015 Wisconsin). less common H pylori, c difficile if on antibiotics, food intolerances . Avoid dairy f/u /w/ urgent care/ ER today
