Because Zapain is: a proprietary medication available primarily in the U.K., I am assuming that, unless you were just visiting, you live in the U.K. Constant pain, new pain and chest pain are symptoms that shouldn't be ignored. May not be related: You will need to be evaluated by a physician. These may be two separate symptoms and not related to each other.
