Good morning doctor, i am wondering what is the root cause of swelling in my fingers and toes? the inflammation often moves around and i wake up to it

Inflammation: Would definitely suggest seeing your physician as soon as possible. If the swelling results in significant stiffness in am, non- specific inflammation is most likely the cause. While some of the conditions are self limited, some others are not and diagnosing them as early as possible will be critical.
