ENT: Please see ENT for evaluation. It may be that your uvula is healing much as a black eye will and your immune system has eaten away the hemosiderin from the bruising and left a yellowish tinge you are seeing with a light shining on your uvula. If it is turning white you need to be seen ASAP Good luck.
