I got an implanon inserted a year ago. i never saw any spotting during that year. within this past month i have started to see s i took a pregnancy test to see if maybe the bleeding was because of that but it came back negative.

Spotting : Spotting can occur with Implanon and varies from patient to patient. It was wise to take a pregnancy test to be sure. Please discuss this with your provider who inserted your implanon. If you have pain, increased bleeding, or new complaints you will have to be seen immediately. Also please be sure your pap smear is up to date.
