BPPV: Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is one possibility. Often patients find that feels like room spins when they roll over in one direction in bed. These are brief dizziness attacks due to otoliths (stones) in ear that are out of place. It is treatable and can be treated using exercises called the Epley maneuver that you can find online and do.
