Frequency: Usually this frequent urge to pee is from bladder inflammation, usually from an infection by bacteria. The standard treatment is to drink extra fluids, perhaps some cranberry juice, and do a home urine dipstick test for nitrite and leukocytes. Please consult a doctor to get antibiotics started.

Separate issues: The parts that generate a period and or support your sexuality are close to but separate compartments. Having the feeling you need to pee frequently suggests irritation of your pee hole outlet or bladder. In the short term you need to find out if you have a bladder/kidney infection. In the longer term you need to find out why you don't have periods. You may not have all the parts.
