You need to see a gynecologist and perhaps a urologist to find out what the problem is. Blood in your urine is not normal. There are a multitude of possible causes, including a kidney stone. You need to have this evaluated ASAP. So, see a urologist to find out why there is blood in your urine. Then, gynecology can determine why you are not menstruating. Good luck!
