One of normal causes: of bubbles in the urine includes rapid/forceful urination, typically a result of delaying urination, a full bladder and more forceful bladder contraction! With the brief nature of your bubbles, I'm strongly suspect it was due to the mechanical effect of a more powerful stream hitting the toilet water and creating mini-turbulance. Stay well
