Depends on immunity: A person who has herpes on the his genitals should have immunity if he is not having his very first skin lesions. That means he should not be able to spread his own genital herpes to other sites on his body. Suppose, however, that he is playing with a woman's genitals, and she has the other strain of herpes that he doesn't have... then, he can spread her herpes onto his body parts. Life has risks.
