2nd opinion: A simple endoscopy doesn't rule out entities such as gall bladder, common bile duct or pancreatic disorders. Lactose or gluten intolerance or sensitivity can also be considered. Discuss further workup with your gastroenterologist or seek another opinion if you're getting nowhere with your present one.
