Thyroid: There are a lot of variables so it is tough to say what the problem is. Are you taking enough synthroid (thyroxine)? Is your t3/t4 normal? Do you overeat, snack on sweets/junk food, eat too many carbs? Do you exercise (not walking but real cardio exercise)? You made need to one, a few, or all of these things.
