trichomonas tenax be transmited via oral sex? csw used her teeth on my urethra, it was rough. symptoms: itchy/discomfort urethra. it was irritated too

No risk for trich: T. tenax is normal in the mouth but is not known to cause genital infection. Oral sex probably never transmits trichomonas of any kind. Urethral irritation, especially with penile discharge, could be gonorrhea or nongonococcal urethritis from the oral sex event described. But not trichomonas. See a doctor if your symptoms continue or you otherwise remain concerned.
