Tampon sizing: Tampons actually come in various sizes with product manufacturers including some for light days. Try a smaller size to see if that works for you. A tip on insertion- Place one foot on the toilet top to shorten the distance for vaginal entry and move the cervix upwards, plus it will tend to open the vaginal opening to accept the tampon more easily.
