Looking at old test result3yrs ago I had an ECG that says sinus rhythm, possible left atrial enlargement (-0.1mV P WAVE IN V1/V2). Noone ever told me! I had a 48hr holter monitor last yr and no mention of it on that. Should I worry & see cardio?
I get frequent PACs with raise in HR (exercise/sex). BP normal. Resting HR in 60's. Echo/EKG clear. Holter/30 day monitor show NSR w/ skipped beats. Some sinus tachycardia. No PACs before last year. Frequency gets worse as HR increases. Ideas?
With predominantly sinus rhythm, is just a short cycle of 2nd degree AV block during a 48h holter ECG recording considered serious?
Is it possible to pick up serious conditions that might cause fatal arrhythmia (Long QT etc) in a routine ECG/holter even if an episode is not caught?
Former professional athlete husband: chest pressure and light headedness on and off for a month. ECG OK, echo last year OK, blood test OK, holter monitor showing no arrhythmia. Going to doc on Monday but curious as to what else could it be??
