Dry peeling penis: May be yeast infection. Try clotrimazole cream( if no allergy) Also check glucose penile yeast infection may be sign of diabetes. Would also treat for mycoplasma/ ureoplasma, strep ( and GC chlamydia) with Zithromax( if no allergy) 500 mg qd x 3 then 1/2 qd x4 For CPPS consider adding Flagyl , Rocephin and Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) if no allergy. Consider using lubricant like KY gel/ astroglide before sex
