Hi doctor, please i've having red brightened diarrhea for the past two weeks now. even though i have hemorrhoids but could there be any other infectio?

Brb in stool: At your age, with a history of hemorrhoids, the most likely cause of bleeding is a hemorrhoidal bleed. However, with the diarrhea and protracted course, an infection is next most likely. If it doesn't clear up in a few days, I would recommend consulting a gastroenterologist. In the meantime, OTC hemorrhoidal suppositories might provide some relief. I assume you have no fever or abdominal pain?
