Labyrinthitis: This is not likely to produce 'stomach' pain, and unless the 'dizziness' is true vertigo (sensation of spinning or ground coming up to meet you) it is not likely due to 'middle ear' problems. You need to be seen by a good clinician. Either a family practitioner or an internist and begin a full evaluation of this. If the doctor you saw first is unwilling, get second opinion, .
