Daughters face right side swollen for 4 wks now drs can't find the problem on loratadine now for 4 days now swelling looks worse. need advice?

Get second opinion.: If the swelling is unilateral, it may be from an abscess or a parotid gland inflammation (think mumps). Loratadine may work on angioedema which does not appear to be the case with your daughter. Contact the doctor again and if necessary get a second opinion,
