How much higher are the chances of getting any cancer without a spleen? or not living to an old age like 80?

See answer: It is unclear whether splenectomy increases the risk of developing cancer, however a large study of patients form the wars (veterans in WW@2 and Korea and Vietnam) was conducted and showed no increase risk of cancers in the vets who had their spleens removed. Hope this helps.
