Allergy?: First keep it clean , possibly a steroid cream however i would make sure its not infected in which it would be hot or warm to touch painful and possibly oozing. If not consider an ink allergy esp in reds but other colors too. If its an allergy se a dermatologist you CAN NOT laser off an allergic tattoo
