Usually in a month: Depends a bit on why you had the d&c. Was it a miscarriage? Or a polyp, or ? Return of periods depends in part on the reason. Also, are you using birth control or at risk for pregnancy? You should have a post-op visit with the doctor, and she/he can answer your questions.
