Yes: You don't say what the original d;c was for. If it was for abnormal bleeding, whatever was causing the bleeding may not have been corrected and you still have the problem. If the d;c was pregnancy related, you most likely still have some pregnancy tissue remaining in the uterus. This would require another d;c to clear.

Call physician: It is normal to spot for a few weeks after a d;c or other vaginal surgery. However, if the flow is heavier than spotting, has a foul odor, if you have abdominal pain or a fever, and if your flow continues for a few more days, i'd call your physician.
