It may take a while : To resume your period after a miscarriage. There are hormones at play that may take a little time to regulate? Talk to your doc if no period in another month but not outside of normal currently.

Asherman's syndrome?: Rarely, scarring after a D&C can cause adhesions of the surface of the uterus resulting in loss of the periods. This occurs most frequently after a D&C is performed on a recently pregnant uterus, following a missed or incomplete miscarriage, birth, or elective termination (abortion) to remove retained products of conception. See your gyn for further evaluation and treatment.
