Spotting & bleeding: are the most common complaints women have after implantation of Nexplanon and aren''t a typical sign of pregnancy. However, this usually ceases within 3 months. I recommend a pregnancy test &, whether it's neg. or pos., I recommend that you follow up with your Gyno. Best wishes. Dr. Anne
