Risk with pill: There are risks involved with taking birth control pills, like increased risk for breast cancer and cervical cancer, and developing blood clots. There are also risks involved with driving or riding in a car or engaging in leisure activities (mountain climbing, kayaking, sailing). It depends on each individual what risk level they are comfortable with.
