I've been getting a rash on my ears and occasionally my face every few days. i think it might be a food allergy but i'm not entirely sure. ?

Eczema?: Rash if itchy and scaly or flaky around ears and some spots on face ( especially hair line ) are common for various skin inflammation as " seborrhoic dermatitis, eczema, or contact dermatitis - exposure to some allergen. Watch for metal( nick) exposure in glasses, jewelries .Apply moisturizer as Vitamin A+D ointment, if itchy short use of steroid cream ok. Avoid scratching. Try antihistamine.

Contact allergy?: I suspect that they are more likely from a contact allergy to one or more ingredients in your facial and hair preparation instead of food allergy. Contact allergy rash does not usually show up until 24-72 hours after contact with an allergen.
