Porn changes brains: Hi R, There has been quite a bit of interest in this. One study found smaller gray matter volume and diminished communication between the two halves of the brain in high porn users. Excessive porn users also require more stimulation to get motivated, so the bottom line is, anything in excess is likely to have problems associated with it. Moderation is key. Hope this is helpful.
