Is eating a lot of edamame (organic) good or bad for women approaching menopause?

Snack: Small amounts of Edamame are fine as an occasional snack if this is something you enjoy eating. There are no health recommendations encouraging over consumption. Likely you have read somewhere about it being used for hot flashes but this has been disproven. Soy proteins are not an effective way to treat hot flashes.
