Hard to say: Chills are a common early symptom of an infection coming on.It is not specific to the type. The constipation is likely unrelated and more a function of dietary selection and or stool holding.

Chills and constipat: A combination of fever and constipation often signals a urinary tract infection. It could be other possibilities. Have her checked. All the best.
