Inverted t wave in lead 3. normal chemistry/cbc. next day t-waves were normal (upwards) causes for this?

Questionable: Inverted t waves in any one lead are of rather questionable value. If you do not have any symptoms such as chest pains, sob, sweating without a reason, nausea or vomiting, i would not worry about it too much.
