GI Symptoms: As long as you've seen your doctor, consider taking a good probiotic. Dr. Ohira brand is a good one. Also ask about getting a food sensitivity lab test. Great Plains Laboratory in Kansas has a good one. In terms of a mind-body approach, do some meditation or learn self-hypnosis (www.asch.net). Peace and good health. The gut is sometimes called "the second brain."

Problems: In your case you should see your primary doctor. She (or he) will take your current medical history, examine you, and then order laboratory studies and possibly X-ray. Hope all goes well.
