Trauma: It is good that you are exercising. You may try a different exercise, e.g., cycling - including stationary bike. to lessen the trauma to your knees. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.

There R many-: -things that can cause knee pain. There R books just devoted 2 these issues. Many times U can only find out by Cing Ur orthopedic surgeon 4 a hands on xam as well as giving a history of when it accursed, early on or during or after, also imaging. In females mal-alignment is often a cause. The Rx varies from nothing 2 surgical correction, so contact a sports medicine fellowship trained ortho guy.
