Trauma: Sounds like a traumatic injury. Hopefully, it is temporary, i.e. lasts a few days, but I recommend that he goes to his primary care doctor for an evaluation. If necessary, he may need a referral to a urologist to check for structural damage. Temporarily, taking a PDE-5 inhibitor medication like Viagra (sildenafil) or Cialis may help him.
