No: We would have found this by now. If you choose to use this familiar recreational intoxicant that makes folks silly, do it safely and don't drive a motor vehicle. This is not the place to discuss public policy, though I am not aware of any serious commentator in the medical community who has supported our draconian laws against cannabis since I started reading in the 1960's.
