Doesn't sound viral: Presuming you were on appropriate antibiotics, it sounds like you have chronic sinusitis. You might consider seeing an ear/nose/throat specialist (otorhinolaryngologist) to help determine if an anatomical issue such as a nasal polyp or a foreign body is responsible for the persistent infection.
