See your doctor : Symptoms should have resolved by now. Would need a urinalysis and urine culture to determine the etiology. Other infectious such as certain std's can also be performed at the same time depending on your symptoms. Your doctor will likely treat you with a different appropriate antibiotic while test results are pending.
