Left stomach pain: May be gastritis./GERD with or without bacteria called H pylori . Could try ranitidine or prevecid and see if helps . May also be just gas/stool as the colon runs high.Rarely i have seen individuals with vascualr issues of the spleen . if you drink a lot of alcohol could be ppancreas. but that would not go away w/o mediacal intervention f/u w/ doc
