Not related: Organiphosphate poisoning can cause a myasthenic SYNDROME in anyone. This is a toxicological disease, not an autoimmune disease like myasthenia GRAVIS. Although there is evidence that chronic pesticide exposure increases the risk of certain neurological conditions, the risk of exacerbation of MG is not known but my guess is that the specific risk is low compared to MG exacerbation from infection.
