Uncommon: Chlamydia uncommonly causes musculoskeletal pain unless it is reactive arthritis. Symptoms of chlamydia infection include pelvic pain, vaginal discharge, bleeding after intercourse, painful urination, pelvic pain etc. It might not even cause any symptoms. Discuss your pain issues with your physician if they persist.
