Colonoscopy shows fecal impaction after 5+ yrs of constipation (1 bm or less a week). why does this make me feel sick if constipation not toxic?

IBS?: Irritable Bowel Syndrome is a Diagnosis of exclusion, so be sure to see a GI dr. and get evaluated. IBS-C seems to be a possibility here, and there are meds that can help along with dietary changes and decreasing stress. IBS is common in women 20-40yo and everyday stress can worsen symptoms. IBS-C can cause irritability, bloating, and discomfort. Best wishes.
