No: Even if you actually inhaled particulate matter from gloves into your lungs, your lungs create phlegm to remove them from your body (cough). Even if you did not cough or suppressed the desire to cough, you are OK since you have no symptoms and the particulate matter was resorbed by your body with no residual negative effects. This assumes you actually inhaled stuff from the gloves. You are fine!
