Hard to say: How would you know that the strep test was invalid? Yet it is unusual to have post-nasal drips from a strep throat. If the problem lasts more than 10 days, a bacterial infection may be an issue. If you do have a strep throat however, better get it treated.

I've had a little bit of yellow leakage from anus. I think this is fecal leakage due to hemorrhoids (because I've had problems with internal hemorrhoids before), but could it be mucus or a sign of an infection? No pain or other symptoms?
